Das Zimmer hat 12m² und einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Es hat eine helle Fensterfront und ist weiß gestrichen. Der Boden ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, auf Wunsch können aber Möbel übernommen werden.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten.
Wir haben auch eine große Wohndiele und ein Wohnzimmer. Ebenso ist das Bad und die Toilette separat.
In der WG wohnen aktuell Christina (26) und Jule (22). Meld dich doch einfach bei uns ;).
Die Wohnung liegt am Rand von Bruck. In der Innenstadt ist man in 7 min mit Fahrrad, ebenso an der Techfak. Siemens Süd und Areva sind gleich um die Ecke.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vom lokalen Bäcker bis hin zum Supermarkt und Tankstelle.
Wir sind eine eher ruhigere WG.
Wir trinken sehr gerne mal was zusammen (bei schönem Wetter auch auf dem Balkon) und quatschen über Gott und die Welt.
Und wenn uns das zu langweilig wird gehen wir einfach feiern ;)
