Hallo,
da ich leider kurzfristig aus Erlangen wegziehe, suchen wir eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). Dein Zimmer wäre das Schlafzimmer (siehe Grundriss), welches nicht möbliert ist.
Die Wohnung verfügt ansonsten über einen Balkon, eine Waschmaschine und eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine und Ofen. Die Hälfte
des Wohnzimmers ist abgetrennt und ein Teil davon fungiert als Schlafzimmer, der andere als Wohnzimmer.
Bis zur Haltestelle Max-Planck-Straße sind es 5 min zu Fuß, zur S-Bahnhaltestelle Erlangen Bruck 1km, also etwa 12min zu Fuß. Zur Techfak brauch man mit dem Fahrrad etwa 15min. Zu Aldi, Rewe und Dm sind es 1,6km.
In der näheren Umgebung gibt es hauptsächlich Einfamilienhäuser, es ist also relativ ruhig.
Neben dir wohnen und leben hier Mimi (20, studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik) und Paula (19, studiert Informatik). Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern suchen jemanden, der auch gerne mal etwas unternimmt. Wir kochen gerne, verbringen viel Zeit zusammen und sind für jeden Spaß zu haben ;)
In die sonstigen Kosten haben wir GEZ, Internet und Strom gerechnet.
