5er Haus Wg in Bruck

Hallo zusammen,

ab Anfang Mai wird in unserer 5er Haus-WG ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in! Derzeit sind wir zwischen 22 und 31 Jahren alt, sind drei Frauen und zwei Männer, in Ausbildung, Studium und Lohnarbeit. Außerdem wohnt die Hündin Lucy seit ein paar Monaten bei uns. Wir wohnen in einer kuscheligen, wenn auch spießigen Reihenhaussiedlung in direkter Waldnähe Brucker Lache mit Garten und eigenem Gemüseanbau.

Zu uns: Wir sind gut befreundet und keine Zweck-WG. Wir wollen ein Zuhause schaffen zum Entspannen, Diskutieren, Kochen, ein bisschen im Garten Werkeln, einfach mal sich im eigenen Zimmer zurückziehen, uns gegenseitig Spinnen aus dem Zimmer tragen, viel zu lange am Frühstückstisch hängenbleiben und in sinnfreie Gespräche abschweifen. Gleichzeitig ist uns allen auch wichtig Raum für sich zu haben. Wir kochen und essen vegan/vegetarisch/glutenfrei und mit Fleisch, sind dahingehend offen. Wir versuchen wertschätzend miteinander umzugehen und Konflikte offen auszutragen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir uns die Zeit nehmen Probleme anzusprechen, Organisationspunkte des Zusammenlebens bequatschen oder vor uns hinträumen, dass wir gerne eine Sauna im Garten hätten (nicht realistisch). Dazu treffen wir uns regelmäßig für ein WG-Plenum.
Wir kümmern uns in Absprache mit unserem Vermieter um alle Dinge, die rund um das Haus anfallen und organisiert werden müssen. Daher ist es uns wichtig, dass Interessierte sich darauf einstellen, diese Aufgaben mit uns zu übernehmen.
Außerdem ist uns eine feministisch- antirassistische und emanzipatorische Einstellung wichtig. Und wir haben keine Lust auf Schwurbler*innen, Antisemit*innen und Esos.

Lage: Das Haus ist in Bruck, schon beinah an der Grenze zu Eltersdorf, und Tennenlohe ist auch ganz nah. Mit dem Fahrrad ist sowohl die S-Bahn Haltestelle Bruck als auch Eltersdorf in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Haus entfernt (Aldi, DM, Rewe, Getränkemarkt), der Bäcker sogar in 10 Minuten zu Fuß :D 
Die TechFak ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen.

Ausstattung: Wir haben viel Gemeinschaftsfläche (großes Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und Kamin ;), Esszimmer, Küche) und einen schönen Garten, den wir meistens auch hegen und pflegen. Wir haben einen Kollektivkühlschranke und schmeißen den Haushalt (Putzdienste, Einkaufen etc.) gemeinschaftlich. Wir haben zwei Bäder mit Duschen und Badewanne. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Es gibt einen Dachboden, der als Stauraum dient. Im Garten gibt es eine Überdachung für Fahrräder.

Das Zimmer ist im ersten Stock im Dach. Es hat drei Fenster nach Norden raus und ist dadurch sehr hell. Eine Wand trennt das Zimmer in zwei Räume. Insgesamt ist es das größte Zimmer mit ca. 21 qm.
Kosten: 563,04 Euro , Heizung, Strom, Internet, GEZ, Zeitschriftenabo, sämtliche Nebenkosten all inklusiv.

Hello everyone,

From the beginning of May, a room will become available in our 5-person shared house and we are looking for a new flatmate! We are currently between 22 and 31 years old, three women and two men, in training, study and wage employment. In addition, Lucy the dog has been living with us for a few months. We live in a cosy, albeit stuffy, terraced housing estate near the Brucker Lache forest with a garden and our own vegetable garden.

About us: We are good friends and not a purpose-built flat-sharing community. We want to create a home to relax, discuss, cook, do a bit of gardening, simply retreat to our own room, carry each other's spiders out of the room, spend far too long at the breakfast table and digress into pointless conversations. At the same time, it is important for all of us to have space for ourselves. We cook and eat vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free and with meat, and are open to this. We try to treat each other with respect and to deal with conflicts openly. It is important to us that we take the time to talk about problems, discuss organisational points of living together or dream that we would like to have a sauna in the garden (not realistic). To do this, we meet regularly for a WG plenum.
In consultation with our landlord, we take care of all things that arise around the house and need to be organised. Therefore, it is important to us that interested people are prepared to take on these tasks with us.
Furthermore, a feminist, anti-racist and emancipatory attitude is important to us. And we don't want to be surrounded by muddlers, anti-Semites and esos.

Location: The house is in Bruck, almost on the border to Eltersdorf, and Tennenlohe is also very close. Both the Bruck and Eltersdorf S-Bahn stops are 7 minutes away by bike. Shopping facilities are also five minutes away from the house by bike (Aldi, DM, Rewe, drinks market), and the bakery is even a 10-minute walk away :D 
The TechFak is 10 minutes away by bike.

Facilities: We have a lot of communal space (large living room with beamer and fireplace ;), dining room, kitchen) and a nice garden, which we usually also tend. We have a collective fridge and do the housework (cleaning, shopping, etc.) together. We have two bathrooms with showers and a bathtub. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement. There is an attic that serves as storage space. In the garden there is a canopy for bicycles.

The room is on the first floor in the attic. It has three windows facing north and is therefore very bright. A wall separates the room into two rooms. Altogether, it is the largest room with approx. 21 sqm.
Costs: 563,04 Euro, heating, electricity, internet, GEZ, magazine subscription, all utilities included.
