Ein schönes Haus mit Garten in Buchenbach (15-20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Stadtzentrum Erlangens entfernt) mit Bushaltestellen innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Supermärkte, und der Wald in der Nähe.
Teile des Hauses:
Es handelt sich um die dritte Etage eines großen Hauses mit einem Riesen Garten (in den wir auch Gemüse anpflanzen dürfen 🌱), einer Küche, zwei Bädern, einem Abstellraum und eben deinem eigenen Zimmer, das du auf den Fotos sehen kannst.
Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss einen Raum mit einer Waschmaschine und wir haben auch eine Spülmaschine (die dann im Obergeschoss ! ;))
Hier eine kleine Beschreibung von uns, Sarah, Santiago und Leonardo:
Sarah ist 24, aus Deutschland, ernährt sich gerne vegan und liebt das Tanzen, Klavierspielen und das Malen. Sie studiert Psychologie im Bachelor.
Santiago ist 27 Jahre alt und kommt aus Kolumbien. Er liebt das Essen, sowie das Zubereiten davon. Außerdem macht er gerne draußen Sport, tanzt Salsa und liebt seinen Kaffee am Morgen. Er studiert Optical Technologies an der FAU.
Leonardo ist 26 und kommt aus Brasilien. Er liest gerne, studiert Jura und trinkt liebend gerne Mate-Tee.
Wir sind ruhige, lebenslustige Menschen und keine großen Partygänger. (Aber hören alle sehr gerne Musik ⭐️)
Wir mögen es, das Haus sauber zu halten, und unsere Dynamik im Haus ist zwanglos, was bedeutet, dass wir in der Regel in der Küche plaudern und Kaffee oder Tee zusammen haben. Uns liegt Kommunikation am Herzen, und dass sich alle wohlfühlen und auch gerne zuhause sind 🐣

Auf Englisch:
A lovely house with garden in Buchenbach (15-20 minutes by bike from Erlangen city centre) with bus stops within 5 minutes walk, supermarkets, and the forest nearby.
Parts of the house:
It is the third floor of a big house with a huge garden (where we are also allowed to plant vegetables 🌱), a kitchen, two bathrooms, a storage room and just your own room which you can see in the photos.
There is also a room on the ground floor with a washing machine and we also have a dishwasher (which is upstairs! ;))
Here is a little description of us, Sarah, Santiago and Leonardo:
Sarah is 24, from Germany, likes to eat vegan and loves dancing, playing the piano and painting. She is studying for a bachelor's degree in psychology.
Santiago is 27 years old and comes from Colombia. He loves food and preparing it. He also enjoys outdoor sports, salsa dancing and loves his morning coffee. He is studying Optical Technologies at FAU.
Leonardo is 26 and comes from Brazil. He enjoys reading, studying law and loves drinking mate tea.
We are quiet, fun-loving people and not big party people. (But we all love listening to music ⭐️)
We like to keep the house clean and our dynamic in the house is informal, which means we usually chat in the kitchen and have coffee or tea together. Communication is important to us and that everyone feels comfortable.
