Erst mal zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung geht über zwei Stockwerke - im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, WC und Dusche, einen Wohnraum mit Essbereich und Küche und ein Zimmer in dem ich aktuell wohne. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine, Herd und Ofen sowie eine Siebträgermaschine. Über eine Treppe in der Wohnung gelangt man nach unten, wo es eine Abstellkammer, ein großes Zimmer, das hier angeboten wird, und noch ein WC gibt.
Das Zimmer ist mit 22,4qm (one WC) ziemlich groß und bekommt durch den Lichtschacht viel Sonne ab.
Schrank kann ggf. übernommen werden, ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbliert und weiß gestrichen.
Bei Möbelbeschaffung, Streichen, etc kann ich gerne helfen.
Aktuell sind Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls in dem WC, das würde auch gerne so beibehalten. Ansonsten sind WC und Zimmer vom Rest der Wohnung getrennt, wodurch man sich gut zurückziehen kann.

Let's start with the apartment:
The apartment has two floors - on the first floor there is a large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and shower, a living room with a dining area and kitchen and a room where I currently live. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, stove and oven as well as a portafilter machine. A staircase in the apartment leads downstairs, where there is a storage room, another room (which is the one offered here) and another toilet.
The room is quite large at 22.4 square meters (not counting the toilet) and gets a lot of sun through a large window.
The wardrobe can be taken over if necessary, otherwise the room is unfurnished and painted white.
I am happy to help with furniture, painting, etc.
There is currently a washing machine and dryer in the toilet, which I would like to keep there. Apart from that, the toilet and room are separate from the rest of the apartment, which makes it easy to withdraw.
In Eltersdorf gibt es eine S-Bahn und eine Bushaltestelle, welche beide gut in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar sind.
Ich arbeite an der FAU, habe ein Auto und nehme gerne Leute mit, wenn es sich anbietet.

There is an S-Bahn and a bus stop in Eltersdorf, both of which are within a 10-15 minute walk.
I work at FAU, have a car and am happy to give people a lift if it's convenient.
In der WG wohnen meine beiden Kater und ich. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich, aber bei neuen Leuten manchmal etwas scheu. Im Bad sowie in meinem Zimmer steht jeweils ein Katzenklo, Futter steht im Wohnzimmer auf einer Silikonmatte.
Zu mir: Ich bin 25, arbeite an der FAU in Erlangen an meinem PhD und gehe jeden Tag bouldern oder ins Fitness. Als spezielles Hobby male ich gerne Wände an, was man auch in der Wohnung sieht. Außerdem bin ich ziemlich oft auf Konzerten in Richtung Punkt/ Metalcore unterwegs. Insgesamt tob ich mich gern kreativ aus und such einen entspannten Mitbewohner, mit der/dem man auch mal zusammen was unternehmen und insgesamt locker zusammen leben kann ;D

My two cats and I live in the flat. They are very friendly, but sometimes a bit shy with new people. There is a litter box in the bathroom and in my room, and food is placed on a silicone mat in the living room.
About me: I'm 25, I'm working on my PhD at FAU in Erlangen and I enjoy bouldering and going to the gym quite often. As a special hobby I like to paint walls, which you can also see in the apartment. I'm also quite often at punk/metalcore concerts. Genereally I'm a creative type and would love to find a chill WG mate for a relaxed living atmosphere ;D
An sich habe ich keine großen Anforderungen. Jeder, der hinter sich selbst aufräumt und offen für Menschen aller Art ist, ist willkommen :)
Der Kleiderschrank kann, wenn gewünscht, übernommen werden. Andere Möbel kann ich gerne organisieren.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 700€ mit Internet, Wasser, Strom und allem.
Einzug zum 1.3. wäre auch in Ordnung, das Zimmer ist aber ab dem 1.2. frei.

I don't have any specific requirements per se. Anyone who cleans up after themselves and is open to people of all kinds is welcome :)

The total rent is 700€ with internet, water, electricity and everything.
Moving in in March would be fine as well, but the room is free starting February.
