Ich vermiete mein Zimmer f01.03.2023 bis 01.10.2023, da ich für ein Praktikum die Stadt verlasse. Mein sonnendurchflutetes Zimmer ist ein renoviertes Altbauzimmer mit hohen Wänden, Stuck und viel Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Es ist sehr geräumig und beinhaltet neben vielen Pflanzen unter anderem ein Himmelbett und einen Flügel. Die großen Fenster sind zu zwei ruhigen Straßenseiten ausgerichtet. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten ist, hat man seine Ruhe, sobald man die Tür schließt.
Die gleich nebenan liegende Küche ist voll ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und vielen Küchengeräten) und mit allen anderen wichtigen Dingen, die man für den Alltag braucht (unter anderem ein Aquarium). Außerdem hat die Küche einen großen Essbereich mit Sofa.
Wir haben ein renoviertes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

I am renting out my room for 2 months from 15/11/2022 to 01/10/2023 because I am leaving the city for an internship. My sun-drenched room is a renovated old room with high walls, stucco and a feel-good atmosphere. It is very spacious and contains many house plants, and among other things a four-poster bed, a grand piano and a stepper. The large windows face two quiet sides of the street. Because the apartment is very spacious, you have peace and quiet as soon as you close the door.
The kitchen next door is fully equipped (with dishwasher, oven and many kitchen appliances) and with all the other important things you need for everyday life (including an aquarium). The kitchen also has a large dining area with a sofa.
We have a renovated bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Altbau-Eckhaus direkt gegenüber von einem der besten Burger-Restaurants Erlangens und somit mitten in der Innenstadt Erlangens. Die nächsten Bushaltestelle, der nächste Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke und in ca. einer Minute erreichbar. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es ein sehr ruhiges und angenehmes Viertel mit vielen netten Nachbarn.
Auch die Uni, die Bibliothek und die Altstadt sind in 5 - 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old corner building directly across of one of the best burger restaurants in Erlangen and thus in the middle of Erlangen's city center. The next bus stop, the next supermarket and several restaurants are just around the corner and can be reached in about a minute. Despite the very central location, it is a very quiet and pleasant area with lots of nice neighbors.
The university, the library and the old town can also be reached in a 5 minute walk.
Ihr teilt euch die WG mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin und 4 Fischen (Süßwasser-Aquariums-Fische). Wir kochen, spielen und lachen gerne zusammen und freuen uns über neue Kontakte.
