Ich gebe das Zimmer in meiner WG im August und September zur Zwischenmiete. (Wenn Sie nach dem September fortsetzen möchten, ist es möglich)
Das Zimmer hat 13m² und ist voll möbliert (Bett, Matratze, Bettwäsche, Lampen, Einbauschrank, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Stuhl, kleiner Schrank, Bücherregal, usw.).
Zusätzlich gibt es ein Waschbecken, Spiegel.
Das Zimmer hat einen TV.
Internet funktioniert über ein Netzwerkkabel (ebenfalls im Zimmer vorhanden), damit sind Sie kostenlos online. Der Preis (250€ pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten und einmalige Kaution 200€) sind im Voraus zu bezahlen.

Wohnheim liegt in die Grühnen. Gute Verbindungsmöglichkeite mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr. Von Stadtmiete nur 2 km.
Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es Bushaltestellen der Buslinien 281, 285, 288, 289 und 294. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es 10 min die Innenstadt, an der Technischen Fakultät, Siemens oder Areva.
In 200 m. liegt Netto und Norma und bakery, etwa in 700 m. Aldi, Rewe, DM und Deichman.
In der nähe schöne kleine See und Sportplätze.

Die Sanitärräume werden täglich von Personal gereinigt.
Die Küche ist mit Kochplatten, Mikrowellenherd, Backofen, abschließbarem Kühlschrank- und Tiefkühltruhenfach ausgestattet. Auch Teller, Besteck etc. sind vorhanden.
Im Wohnheim gibt es drei Waschmaschinen, ein TV-Zimmer, ein Klavier, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Grill auf der Dachterrasse.

The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Also, plates, glasses, etc. are available.
In the building there are three washing machines, TV room, a piano, a ping pong table and a barbecue on the roof terrace :)
