Renovated 11 qm Room ready furnished with King Size Bed, desk, and two cupboards. New Parquet floor. The location of the window is southward and the neighborhood is quiet. I’m using the room only for sleeping and relaxing because we also have a big living room with 2 work desks and a large couch where we meet each other every evening :)
The location of the apartment is near Siemens, Areva and the FAU University of engineering (5 Minute walk only). There are two bus stations (2 Minute walk). There you can get to the inner city in 6 minutes (10 minutes with the bicycle) to Nuremberg within 30-40 minutes. I would borrow you my bicycle for a small amount of deposit, that you can easily reach every place in the city within 15 minutes.
In generel we are looking for someone who will complete an internship or is searching a place to live for a short time stay (2 Months from mid February to mid April) in Germany/Erlangen. If you need a room for some more month we can help you to find another room for the time after mid April, because we are living in Erlangen for more then 5 years and have good connections to other student shared flats and student dorm dwellers.
My Roommates are Philipp (26) and Thomas (28). We know each other since the first semester of our studies and 2 months ago we fulfilled our wish
living together in our own apartment.
Philipp is studying material science. His Hobbies are playing ice hockey, soccer, cooking and spending time with his friends.
Thomas is working at the Frauenhofer department and graduated last semester as a mechatronic engineer. His Hobbies are spending time in the Fitness studio and keeping himself healthy with sports, football, soccer, cooking and any kind of music stuff.
Both of them are very humorous, friendly and sociable. Thats why your character should be similar. We are looking for a person that is taking part of good and funny conversations, cooking together and going out to a bar or other events.
