ich vermiete ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete vom 27. April bis zum 14. Mai.
Das Zimmer ist schön und hell, Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank sind vorhanden und werden für dich leer geräumt :)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und dein Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum Garten. Du kannst gerne die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und den gemütlichen Balkon mitbenutzen. Den Bus erreichst du in 3 Minuten (Haltestelle: Berliner Platz). Mit dem Rad sind es etwa 7 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Wenn du genau für diesen Zeitraum etwas zum wohnen in Erlangen suchst melde dich doch einfach bei mir und wir können alles weitere besprechen.
