Ab Mai muss ich leider schweren Herzens die WG verlassen, deswegen suche ich noch kurzfristig einen Nachmieter/in. Das Zimmer würde ich gerne dir teilmöbliert überlassen. Auf jeden Fall würde das Bett (120 cm mit Matratze) und eine bequeme 2er Couch bald dir gehören. Die Schränken und der Schreibtisch könnten eventuell auch dir gehören.
Die Wohnung ist äußerst zentrumsnah (Nähe Stadtwerke) gelegen, ein Rewe ist gleich ums Eck und zu den Arcaden läuft man etwa fünf Minuten. Auch das McFit und eine Apotheke sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zimmer geht in den Innenhof raus, man wird also auch nicht von Auto-Lärm oder ähnlichem gestört.
Hier in der WG leben Jolantha (21, Pharmazie Studentin) und Leon (26, Energietechnik Student, aktuell im Auslandssemester). Bis Anfang Juli lebt statt Leon ersatzweise Cecilia, eine italienische Medizin Studentin, bei uns. Wir sind alle recht aufgeschlossen und kochen gerne. Und wenn man mal seine Ruhe will kann man auch das haben.
