a room for a girl in a two person wg is available from the first pf april.
The room is unfurnished so you can design it however you like. It has a small closet as well.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, a washing machine, and a fridge. As well as a table with two benches. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
House cleanness is also very important, but we can create a schedule that works with the both of us.
Everything you may need is within a walking distance; grocery stores, coffeeshops, bakeries, restaurants, Apotheke. The Bahnhof is a 3 minute walk, Arcaden is across the street, the Hauptbibliothek is a 5 minute walk, the Schlossgarten is an 8 minute walk, so you really are surrounded by everything.
I’m Nada, your future flatmate. I’m 23 and I am an international student doing my masters and a working student at siemens healthineers. I love music, concerts, taking polaroids, traveling, sitcoms, cooking and baking.
I am always up for doing something together, like cooking, having a chat in the kitchen, watching a movie, or going out. Of course alone time is also very important, so it’s all about the balance here. I just want the flat to be somewhere cozy and comfortable for us to look forward to after a long day.
You should also know how to speak English since I don’t speak german, so that we can clearly communicate.
The rent is €390 warm, but does not include radio and internet.
