Da ich Mai bis Juli nicht in Erlangen sein werde, vergebe ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer hat 14qm. Alle wichtigen Möbel sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann von Hausbesitzerin regelmäßig gewechselt werden (die am EG wohnt).
Mit dem Nachbar wird Dusche geteilt, er ist Berüfstätig, arbeitet bei Simens, am WE pendelt nach Hause, ganz nett und kontaktfreudig,
Die Wohnung ist gut und sehr ruhig gelegen. In Fußnähe zur Uni Technische Fakultät und Bushaltestellen(3min), Uni-Sport(10 min) sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker(5 min).
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10-15 min überall (Stadt,Hauptbahnhof).
