Hallo,
Ich biete ein kleines, feines Zimmer, 12 qm in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer ist hell, hat ein großes Fenster an der Ost-seite (wird im Sommer nicht so heiß).
Es hat hellen Parkett- oder Laminatboden (Ich kenne den Unterschied nicht so genau :))
Es gibt eine Küche mit Herd, Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, neben dem normalen Waschbecken auch ein Bidet (Sitzwaschbecken) und außerdem eine Waschmaschine.
Es gibt einen kleinen Einkaufsladen und eine Poststelle gleich um die Ecke.
Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es 5 min zu Fuß.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 min bis zur Innenstadt.
Wer gerne mal in die Natur geht, ist nur 3 min Fußweg vom Wald mit vielen Joggingstrecken und einenm Trim-Dich-Pfad entfernt.
Zum WG-Leben:
Hier wohnen noch zwei Studenten (m), studieren Medizin bzw. Medizintechnik.
Sind sehr nette, eher ruhige Zeitgenossen. Am besten einfach mal vorbeikommen und kennenlernen. :)
Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon.
Der Flur im Eingangsbereich relativ geräumig, außerdem gibt es eine Abstellkammer. Hinzu kommt eine Kellerkammer, wo man einiges verstauen kann.
