es ist eine sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, einer gemütlichen Wohnküche, Duschen, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Kicker im Keller und natürlich sehr netten Mitbewohnern.
Das tollste an der Wohnung ist die Lage: 10 Minuten zum Marktplatz, in die Fußgängerzone, zum Bahnhof, zum Schlossgarten und zur Uni. 2 Minuten zum Netto.
Das Zimmer ist groß(15 qm), ruhig & sehr schön hell.
Es gibt gleich um die Ecke einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, direkt vor der Tür muss man einen Parkschein lösen. Wenn man möchte, kann man auch einen Anwohnerparkschein beantragen.
Strom und Internet sind schon im Preis drin.
