Das Zimmer ist schön hell und daran grenzt ein Wintergarten mit Bergblick. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett ausgestattet. Der Rest kann frei gestaltet werden.
Der Garten darf auch mitgenutzt werden. Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche liegt auch im Erdgeschoss und wird von der Vermieterin mitbenutzt.
Eschenlohe ist ein idyllisches Dorf zwischen Garmisch und Murnau. Man kann direkt von der Haustüre in die Berge starten.Die Anbindungen nach Garmisch, Murnau und München sind sehr gut. MIt dem Zug sind es nur drei Stationen und mit dem Auto braucht man so 10 Minuten. Ein schöner Radlweg in beide Richtungen sind in der Nähe vorhanden.
Die Hauptmieterin möchte ausschließlich Frauen in der Wohnung, da sie die Küche mitbenutzt.
