Ab dem 1. November ist ein Zimmer in der 140 m² Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss unseres Hauses in Euskirchen Wüschheim frei.
Wohnungsaufteilung siehe Grundriss bei den Fotos: Zimmer 1 & 3 sind vergeben an internationale Studis, Zimmer 2 wird frei, dazu werden Wohn-/Esszimmer, Küche und 2 Bäder gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Alle Räume sind möbliert, die Küche ist mit Geschirr und einigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon.

From 1 November one of the bedrooms in the 140 m² apartment on the 1st floor of our house in Euskirchen-Wüschheim will be available. (German floor counting: -1 = basement/UG, 0 = ground floor/EG, +1 = 1st floor/1. OG, +2 = 2nd floor/2. OG etc.)
See floor plan with the photos for apartment layout: Rooms 1 & 3 are rented to international students, room 2 will be free, sitting/dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared.
All rooms are furnished, the kitchen is equipped with flat- & silverware as well es basic cooking utensils. There is also a small balcony.
Wüschheim hat gute Busverbindungen nach Euskirchen (u.a. zum dortigen Bahnhof) und Brühl, auch der Bahnhof Großbüllesheim (an der Strecke EU-Köln) ist nur ca. 800 m Fußweg entfernt. Bonn und Köln sind gut per ÖPNV erreichbar, bald hoffentlich auch wieder die Eifel.

Wüschheim has good bus connections to Euskirchen (and its railway station) and Brühl, Großbüllesheim railway station (connecting to Cologne) is only about 800 m away. Both Bonn and Cologne are easily commutable by bus/train, as the Eifel will hopefully be again soon.

The ground floor houses 2 dogs and 1 cat - besides a family of 3.
Zur Zeit gibt es noch kein eigenes WLAN für die Wohnung. Eine Einrichtung ist aber verhandelbar.
Die Miete des Zimmers versteht sich als Warmmiete, inkl. Strom, Wasser und Heizung (gemäß Paragraf 2 HeizkostenV). Wegen geplanter Umbaumaßnahmen endet die Vermietung voraussichtlich im September 2026.
Ein Muster-Mietvertrag kann bei Interesse angefragt werden.

Rent for the room includes utilities such as electricity, water and heating (in compliance with paragraph 2 HeizkostenV). Due to planned construction work on the building rentals will end around September 2026.
