Das Zimmer ist ca 12qm groß und bietet Platz für Doppelbett, Schrank und Fernseher. Bei Bedarf ist auch genug Platz den Fernseher gegen einen Schreibtisch auszutauschen.
Durch das Fenster ist immer genug Licht im Zimmer, es lässt sich aber auch gut abdunkeln.
Pluspunkt: von deinem Fenster aus hast du einen schönen Ausblick auf die Burg.
Dein Zimmer befindet sich im unteren Stock, zusammen mit einem weiteren Zimmer, Bad & Klo sowie Küche und Aufenthaltsbereich.
Im oberen Stockwerk bedindet sich das 3. Zimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher.
Allgemein sind die Zimmer keine Riesenzimmer, aber die offene und große Wohnung lädt dazu ein die Aufenthaltsräume zu nutzen.

The room is approx. 12 square meters in size and offers space for a double bed, wardrobe and TV. If required, there is also enough space to replace the TV with a desk.
There is always enough light in the room through the window, but it can also be easily darkened.
Plus point: you have a beautiful view of the castle from your window.
Your room is located on the lower floor, together with another room, bathroom & toilet, kitchen and lounge area.
The 3rd room and the living room with sofa and TV are located on the upper floor.
In general, the rooms are not huge, but the open and large apartment invites you to use the common rooms.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt von Feldkirch. Dementsprechend ist alles was du brauchst in 3 min erreichbar - Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars, Busstation. Auch den Bahnhof kannst du in 8min Fußweg erreichen.
Da die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone ist kannst du nicht direkt vor der Haustür parken. Mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis, den du beim Amt erwerben kannst, kannst du allerdings außerhalb der Fußgängerzonen parken.

The apartment is located in the center of Feldkirch. Accordingly, everything you need can be reached in 3 minutes - supermarket, restaurants, bars, bus station. You can also reach the train station in 8 minutes on foot.
Since the apartment is in the pedestrian zone, you cannot park directly in front of the front door. However, you can park outside the pedestrian zones with a resident's parking permit, which you can purchase from the office.
Mit dir zusammen wohnen Victor (28) und Ramona (35).
Victor arbeitet im Sport-Marketing und kommt ursprünglich aus Frankreich. Vor und nach der Arbeit ist er meistens beim Fußball oder im Gym zu finden.
Ramona kommt aus Deutschland und arbeitet als Kinder- und Jugendpsychologin in Liechtenstein. Sie ist der richtige Ansprechpartner für einen spontanen Snowboardausflug und freut sich über Gesellschaft.
Beide sind in der Woche viel unterwegs, aber immer für ein Gespräch zu haben. Es ist aber auch immer möglich die Türe zu schließen, wenn du mal deine Ruhe haben möchtest.

Your roommates will be Victor (28) and Ramona (35).
Victor works in sports marketing and is originally from France. Before and after work, he can usually be found playing soccer or at the gym.
Ramona comes from Germany and works as a child and youth psychologist in Liechtenstein. She is the perfect person to go on a spontaneous snowboarding trip and is always happy to have company.
Both are out and about a lot during the week, but are always available for a chat. But it's always possible to close the door if you want some peace and quiet.
Die Miete (545€) beinhaltet alles was du brauchst.
Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet.
Mit der Zimmerübergabe ist ein Abstand (800€) verbunden. Dieser ergibt sich aus folgenden Dingen:
Allgemeine Räume (350€):
Als die WG gegründet wurde, wurde der Gemeinschaftsraum komplett neu eingerichtet und hier wird bei jedem Auszug ein kleiner Abstand weitergegeben.
Zu dem Abstand gehört unter anderem:
- Möbel (2 Sofas, Fernseher, Wohnzimmertisch)
- Waschmaschine
- Küchenausstattung
Dein Raum (300€):
Da ich die Möbel bei meinem Einzug im Februar selber übernommen habe und ich ins Ausland ziehen werde, möchte ich diese gerne hier lassen.
Zu den Möbeln gehören:
- Schrank
- Bett mit Matratze und Topper (140x200)
- Fernsehertisch (ohne Fernseher)
Beteiligung an Vertrag (150€):
Im Februar wurde ein neuer Vertrag für die Wohnung aufgesetzt für eine Dauer von 3 Jahren. Gesamtkosten hierbei waren 600€. Da der Vertrag nach meinem Auszug noch 2,5 Jahre gültig ist, wäre es schön wenn du dich an diesem anteilig beteiligen würdest.

The rent (545€) includes everything you need.
Basic rent, utilities, electricity and internet.
There is a fee (850€) associated with the room handover. This is made up of the following things:
General rooms (400€):
When the shared flat was founded, the common room was completely refurnished and a small clearance is passed on every time you move out.
The clearance includes, among other things:
- Furniture (2 sofas, TV, living room table)
- Washing machine
- Kitchen equipment
Your room (300€):
As I took over the furniture myself when I moved in in February and I will be moving abroad, I would like to leave it here.
The furniture includes:
- wardrobe
- Bed with mattress and topper (140x200)
- TV table (without TV)
Contribution to contract (150€):
In February, a new contract was drawn up for the apartment for a period of 3 years. The total cost of this was €600. As the contract is still valid for 2.5 years after I move out, it would be nice if you could contribute to it.
