Die WG liegt in den Gerstenberger Höfen und somit ungefähr 15 Minuten fußläufig vom Oderturm und von der Universität entfernt. Das Haus liegt fast direkt an der Oder. In der Nähe gibt es einen Aldi und die Tramstation, die beide in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreicht sind. Auch bis in die Natur sind es nur ungefähr 15 Minuten an der Oder entlang. Im Innenhof befindet sich die Kulturmanufaktur Gerstenberg, in der Vorlesungen, Ausstellungen und Konzerte. Außerdem ist auch die Brücke nach Polen in ungefähr 10 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in the "Gerstenberger Höfe" and about 15 minutes walk from the Oderturm and the University. The house is almost directly by the Oder River. There is an Aldi supermarket and a tram station nearby, both of which are less than a 5-minute walk away. It is also only about 15 minutes to the nature along the Oder. On the premises is the Gerstenberg cultural factory, where lectures, exhibitions and concerts are held. The bridge to Poland is also about 10 minutes away.
In der WG leben aktuell drei Studentinnen der Viadrina. Das WG Leben findet größtenteils in der geräumigen Küche statt.
