Das Zimmer liegt in richtung westen, richtung Hinterhoff, das möbel Auf dem foto können übernommen werden
Insgesamt ist unsere Wohnung 160 qm groß. Das Zimmer selbst ist circa 21qm groß. Von dem Eingangsflur, an dem die Schlafzimmer liegen, kommt mensch in das große Wohnzimmer der Wohnung. Dieses ist eingerichtet mit einer gemütlichen Couch, Sesseln, Regalen und einem Fernseher. Es lädt damit nicht nur zu Film- und Spieleabenden ein, sondern auch einfach zum Entspannen oder Quatschen. An das Wohnzimmer grenzt dann der zweite Flur mit Badezimmer und Küche. Auch das Badezimmer ist flächenmäßig groß. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Fahrradkeller (wobei die Treppe dahin sehr steil ist und ein regelmäßiges Hoch und Runter tragen nicht empfohlen wird), alternativ können Fahrräder aber auch vor dem Haus angeschlossen werden. Außerdem gibt es ein Keller Abteil zum Lagern von Dingen.

In total our apartment is 160 sqm. The room itself is about 21 square meters. From the entrance hallway, where the bedrooms are located, you enter the large living room of the apartment. It is furnished with a comfortable couch, armchairs, shelves and a TV. It invites not only to movie and game nights, but also just to relax or chat. The living room is then adjoined by the second hallway with bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is also large in area. The kitchen is well equipped.
To the apartment belongs also a bicycle cellar (although the stairs to it are very steep and carrying your bike up and down regularly is not recommended), but alternatively bikes can also be connected in front of the house. There is also a basement compartment for storing things.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral: die wichtigsten Punkte, wie Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Uni, Zentrum und Straßenbahn sind in max. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad in 5-10 Minuten. Für diejenigen, die das Grün suchen, ist die schöne Insel Ziegenwerda und der Anger (ein Park) gleich nebenan, auch die Oder und die Oderwiesen sind quasi nur die Straße runter.
Die Gubener Straße ist eine hübsche Straße mit vielen Altbauten und renovierten Gebäuden. Die Gegend und die Leute sind sehr entspannt und wegen der guten Lage kommt man schnell nach Berlin und in andere Stadtteile.

The WG is very centrally located: the most important points, such as the train station, supermarket, university, center and streetcar are within a maximum of 15 minutes walk, by bike in 5-10 minutes. For those looking for the green, the beautiful island of Ziegenwerda and the Anger (a park) is right next door, also the Oder and the Oderwiesen are literally just down the street.
Gubener Straße is a pretty street with lots of old and renovated buildings. The area and the people are calm and because of the good location you can quickly get to Berlin and other parts of the city.

Die WG ist eigentlich ein 4er-WG, die drite mitbewohnerin zieht auch aus, also momentan sind 2 Zimmer verfügbar.
Laura:
Ich bin Laura, 28 Jahre und studiere den Master European Studies im 5. Semester. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gern Musik und tanze neuerdings Standard/Latein. Ansonsten interessiere ich mich sehr für Natur, für Geschichte und die großen (und kleinen) Fragen des Lebens. 😁
Lena:
ich studiere Master of European Studies und schreibe gerade meine Abschlussarbeit. Für Literatur, Fußball und vegetarisches Essen bin ich immer zu begeistern. Über eine Runde gemeinsames Joggen oder Tanzen üben freue ich mich auch :)
Bis jetzt haben wir in der WG immer gerne zusammen gegessen, Menschen zu uns eingeladen und auch außerhalb der WG haben wir gemeinsam etwas unternommen. Da wir alle immer viel zu tun haben, war es aber auch immer wichtig für uns, dass respektiert wird, wenn eine Person Ruhe braucht.

It is actually a 4 room apartment, but the third roomate is also moving out, so currently there are two rooms available
Laura:
I'm Laura, 28 years old and I'm in my 5th semester of the Master's degree in European Studies. In my free time I like to make music and recently started dancing standard/Latin. I'm also very interested in nature, history and the big (and small) questions of life. 😁
Lena:
I'm also studying for a Master of European Studies and am currently writing my thesis. I'm always enthusiastic about literature, soccer and vegetarian food. I'm also happy to go jogging or practise dancing together :)
So far, we have always enjoyed eating together in the shared flat, inviting people over and also doing things together outside of the shared flat. Since we all always have a lot to do, it has always been important for us to respect when one person needs to rest.
