Hallo, ich suche eine(n) verantwortungsvolle(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für mein Zimmer. Es ist ausgestattet mit: 1,60x2,00 meter Bett inkl. Matratze, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, 2 meter Eck-schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sofa & Tisch etc. Sozusagen alle Möbel die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind. Der 40" Fernseher, 20" Bildschirm, 2 Stereoanlagen und Keyboard können auf Anfrage auch stehengelassen werden.
Das Zimmer hat dem alt-bau Stil entsprechend Stuck, einen Kronleuchter sowie doppelte Holzfenster
Das Zimmer ist zur Einbahnstraße ausgerichtet und somit auch auf der Sonnenseite.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre eines wunderschönen Altbaus, wenn nicht im schönsten Altbau Frankfurt-Oders.
Dies sind die monatlichen Mietpreise (warm). W-lan, Wasser und Heizung sind inklusive --> keine Nebenkosten!

It is equipped with: 1.60x2.00 meter bed including mattress, walk-in closet, 2 meter corner desk, chair, sofa & table etc. So to speak, all the furniture that can be seen in the pictures. The 40 "TV, 20" screen, 2 stereos and keyboard can also be left on request.
The room has old-style stucco, a chandelier and double wooden windows
The room is aligned to the one-way street and thus on the sunny side.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a beautiful old building, if not in the most beautiful old building Frankfurt-Oders.
These are the monthly rental rates (warm). Wifi, water and heating are included -> no additional costs!
Das Haus hat eine super Lage !!
Alle 10 Minuten fährt ein Bus wenige Meter von unserer Haustür entfernt ab, der über den Brunnenplatz und dem Zentrum zum Bahnhof fährt. Für diese Strecke brauch er rund 10 min.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man ebenfalls in ungefähr 10 min an allen wichtigen Orten (inkl. Uni).
Zu Fuß kann man zur Uni gemütlich in 15min laufen. Nachts fährt der Nachtbus ebenfalls wenige Meter von uns entfernt ab.
Bis zum Kaufland/Aldi/McFit sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

The house has a great location !!
Every 10 minutes a bus leaves a few meters from our front door, which goes over the center to the train station. It takes about 10 minutes for this route.
By bike you are also in about 10 minutes at all important places (including the university).
On foot you can walk to the university comfortably in 15min. At night, the night bus also leaves a few meters from us.
The Kaufland / Aldi / McFit is only a 10 minute walk.
Deine Mitbewohner (1*M; 2*W)werden Studenten der Viadrina sein.
Die Vierer WG ist sehr groß mit schönen, hohen Räumen und perfekt geeignet für Suchende, die keine Zweck-Wg wollen.
Da die große Küche die Wohnung mit den vorderen und hinteren Zimmern verbindet, spielt sich unser WG-Leben meistens dort ab: Wir Schwatzen und entspannen zusammen auf unseren legendären Sofas, tauschen lustige Anekdoten aus, kochen zusammen und bemitleiden uns gegenseitig während der Prüfungsphase.
Die Zeit gemeinschaftlich verbracht!

The four-person apartment is very large with beautiful, high ceilings and perfect for seekers who do not want a purpose-flat-share.
Since the large kitchen connects the apartment with the front and back rooms, our shared apartment life usually takes place there: we chatter and relax together on our legendary sofas, exchange funny anecdotes, cook together and pity each other during the examination phase.
The time is spent together!
Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Badezimmer mit Toilette, Waschmaschine Trockner, Spülmaschine, und eine optimal ausgestattete Küche.
Mir ist sehr wichtig, dass du ein sorgfältiger und ordentlicher Mensch bist, der gut auf meine Möbel und weiteres acht gibt.
Wenn du interessiert bist dann schreibe mir eine E-mail und beschreibe dich in dieser! Wenn du magst kannst du auch deinen Facebook oder Insta-account hinterlegen (keine Voraussetzung).
Wenn du mehr erfahren möchtest dann kommst du am besten vorbei und schaust dir das Zimmer / die Wohnung an. Videoanrufe sind auch möglich, wenn du weiter entfernt wohnst.
