I have a semi-renovated 3 room apartment on the 5th floor in Bahnhofsviertel - close to Hauptbahnhof.

Room is semi furnished with a double bed, mattress, mattress protector, open wardrobe, ceiling lamp, curtain, rug, bed side lamp, side table and desk.

Kitchen has all basic utensils, plates, cups, glasses, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs.
Washing machine in bathroom.

The apartment is located 400m from hauptbahnhof, it is near to the red light district please keep that in mind.
5th floor, no elevator, quiet apartment.

Central location with plenty of options for restaurants, bars, shopping and much more.

A little about myself, Larce, I am from New Zealand, I have been in Germany for 5 years. My spoken german is ok :-)
I work full time and travel a lot for work and fun. I am normally at the apartment just 2-3days a week.
In my job I am responsible for various sites in Germany and am on call 24/7 so I am looking for other profeshionals, working, student, trainee that enjoys a quiet and tidy home.

Juan also lives in the house :-) he is a professional dancer, choreographer and dance teacher currently based in Frankfurt amd also travel outside for different productions.

We both identify in the LGBTQI+ community.
We enjoy spending time both together and seperatly, we have a fun and chatty dynamic with an open door policy.

6 month minimum stay would be ideal or longer. The contract for the appartment is with Staffelmeite this means at the start of the year it increases €50, which would be split through current tennants, next raise is 2024.

Wifi, power, gas, electricity snd water included.

It would be great to hear a bit about you and I will be contacting people for viewing over the next 7 days.

The room can be available earlier if the current tenant agrees. Earliest date is 1st august.
