Hi! Ich biete mein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss für 4 Monate zur Zwischenmiete an. Es hat leider nur 11qm, aber nachdem ich ein Hochbett darin stehen hab, hat man trotz 1,40m Bettenbreite noch Raum zum Leben und Atmen :D
Es hat ein südwärts gelegenes Fenster (Sonne!) zum Innenhof, von Verkehrslärm o.Ä. merkt man kaum was.
Hi! I'm offering my room in our flatshare on the top floor for four months. Unfortunately, it's rather smallish, but as I have a loft bed in it, there's still enough space to breathe and live ;)
There's a south-facing window to the inner courtyard, so you'll have plenty of sunshine and little street noises.
In einer Parallelstraße der Leipziger Straße (allerlei Supermärkte und Imbisse in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen), U-Bahnhaltestelle in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Unicampus Bockenheim ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Unicampus Westend in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, Hauptwache und Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn...
Was will man mehr? ;)
In a road running parallel to Leipziger Straße (where you'll find heaps of supermarkets and takeaways of all kinds), U-Bahn station Leipziger Straße can be reached within a minute or two from the doorstep, uni campus Westend within 10 minutes by bike, and just 10 minutes to Hauptwache and the Central Station by U-Bahn.
What else do you want? ;)
Die Mitbewohner sind Jonas und Rocio. Die beiden sind berufstätig und öfters unterwegs. So ne richtige Zweck-WG sind wir aber eher nicht, gelegentlich mal was zusammen kochen oder ausgedehnt frühstücken kann schon mal vorkommen ;)
Wenn dir der Sinn nicht so danach steht, is das aber auch kein Problem.
You'll share the flat with Jonas and Sabeth. They are both working and therefore you might often have the flat for yourseld, but the occasional shared cooking or extended breakfast together might take place anyway, if you feel like it =)
If not, that's cool as well.
