Ich werde zum 6. August aus meiner Wohnung ausziehen und bin auf der Suche nach einen Nachmieter.
Das Zimmer ist circa 15qm groß und teil einer kleinen Wohnung(2er WG).
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Frankfurt und man ist dank einer guten Anbindung in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Supermarkt, Fitnessstudio, Restaurants und ein Park befinden sich ebenfalls direkt in der Nähe, weshalb ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe.
Mein Mitbewohner studiert an der Goethe Uni und guckt gerne Fußball, geht gerne ins Gym und kocht sehr gerne.
Falls diese Punkte ebenfalls auf euch zutreffen, würdet ihr euch. deswegen sicherlich gut mit ihm verstehen.
Für die Möbel (140*200cm Bett, Fernseher, Schreibtisch, Stuhl) würde ich gerne einen Abschlag von 450 Euro bekommen, da ich mir diese auch erst im Oktober angeschafft habe. Falls der TV nicht übernommen werden möchte, würde ich gerne 300 Euro bekommen.
I will be moving out of my apartment on August 6th and am looking for a new tenant.
The room is about 15 square meters and part of a small apartment (shared flat with 1 other person).
The room is located in a quiet part of Frankfurt and you can be in the city center in 20 minutes thanks to good connections.
A supermarket, gym, restaurants and a park are also nearby, which is why I felt very comfortable.
My flatmate studies at Goethe University and enjoys watching soccer, going to the gym and cooking.
If these points also apply to you, you would certainly get on well with him.

Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation entfernt. Mit der U2 bist du in 17 Minuten an der Holzhausenstraße (Campus Westend) und mit der U9 in nur 6 Minuten am Uni Campus Riedberg. Rewe und Penny sind jeweils nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso zahlreiche Imbisse. Ein Fitnessstudio ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Fitnessstudio ist monatlich kündbar, also perfekt für Leute die danach in ein anderes Stadtteil ziehen
Du würdest mit einem Mitbewohner zusammenleben, der Informatik an der Goethe Universität studiert. Während der Semesterferien arbeitet er und ist nur unter der Woche immer erst abends zuhause. Er kocht gerne und geht regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio.
Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt durch meinem Mitbewohner, da ich am gleichen Nachmittag nach meiner Klausur fliege
