I will be leaving my room starting from the first of April, sadly. The room is located in the central area and is just a 7-minute walk from the famous Berger straße. It comes with a lovely balcony and is fully furnished, so you don't need to worry about bringing anything other than your suitcase. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and it also has a dishwasher and washing machine.
You will be sharing the apartment with two other people - Fabian, a 34-year-old German, and Damiano, a 28-year-old Italian. Fabian is only at the apartment for three days a week. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. I'm also
offering a carpet ,desk, office chair, mirror, commade for 90 euros in case you want them if not it's fine and I'll take them with me. The rest of the furniture in the photos comes with the room.
