Meine Mitbewohnerin wird demnächst ein bisschen reisen, wir suchen daher eine neue Mitbewohner(in) für unsere großartige WG für nur 3 MONATE.
Hier ein paar Eckdaten.
Zimmer: ca. 30 qm (möbiliert)
Wohnung: ca. 100qm (3 Schlafzimmmer, 1 Küche, 1 Bad, 1 WC, 1 Keller)
Wir sind ganz in der Nähe von Parlamentsplatz (ca. 3 Minuten), 15 Minuten mit dem Bus zur FRA UAS und 5 Minuten mit der Ubahn zur Konstablerwache. Es liegt fast im Zentrum.
Falls jemand Interesse hat soll sie sich bei mir melden! :)

Dear Flatshare-searchers (sounds better in german)!
One of our housemates will soon be travelling for a bit; therefore we're looking for a newbie for just 3 MONTHS.
Here are some basic details:
Room: about 30sqm (furnished)
Flat: approx. 100sqm (3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 basement).
We are very close to Parlamentsplatz (around 3 Minutes) and 15 minutes with the bus to the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. 5 Minutes with the subway to Konstablerwache, which is pretty central.
If you are interested, I look forward to hearing from you.
Eine internationale und Weltoffene WG.
Ich (Camila) studiere an der FRAUAS aber ich reise ein bisschen, deswegen suchen wir jetzt jemand, die mein Zimmer als Zwischenmiete nehmen könnte.
Ausser mir gibt es noch zwei nette Personen. Sven arbeitet als Projekt Manager und ist normalerweise viel Unterwegs aber wenn er Zeit hat, hat er immer Lust etwas zu machen. Er ist 25 und ganz nett. Zurzeit ist auch Liam da. Er kommt aus Australien aber ist nur hier als Zwischenmieter für Trang, die in Mitte August wieder zu uns kommt. Beide sind ganz ganz nett und offen und beide arbeiten auch.
Alle sprechen englisch und deutsch.
Insgesamt eine sehr lockere aber freundliche Atmosphäre.

An international and open-minded flatshare.
I, Camila, study at the FRAUAS but I will be travelling for 3 months so I'm looking for someone that could take my room from JUST 3 months.
Besides me, there are two other really nice people. Sven is 25 and he is a project manager. He works alot but when he has time he always wants to do something. He is really social. Besides Sven there's also Liam, he is also here just for one more month. He is austrailian and also really nice! Liam is right now in Trang's room. She is coming back. She always smiles and is really warm.
All in all, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Ich freue mich darauf euch diese Woche kennenzulernen.
Ich behaupte verständnisvoll zu sein und ich will nichts vorschreiben im Sinne "Voraussetzungen" für eine neue MitbewohnerIn. Dennoch lege ich viel Wert auf ein paar Sachen:
