Hi,
I am Katharina and I am looking to rent out a beaufitul furnished room with balcony from beginning november until 27 November free / 25 Euro all inclusive per day.
The flat has two rooms and is conveniently located in Bornheim Süd, 7 mins walk from Bornheim Mitte U-Bahn Station. The flat itself locates on a quiet street as well as the room.
Bornheim is a relaxed area, if you consider the whole of Frankfurt. The famous Berger Straße is only about 5-7 minutes away by foot. There you can find many little restaurants, if you get tired of going to the one which is in this building (it’s Italian). In addition it has bars, boutiques, grocery shops, café’s and many more things to offer. At the end of Berger Straße, towards the centre of Frankfurt is a cute little Chinese garden, which my current flatmate loves to visit. It’s about 15 minutes walk away.
The flat is very personalised and therefore feels very cosy and homey; everything including internet, kitchen equipment.
There will be one other very friendly flatmate from Italy living in the other room (20 years). The rooms are separated through a long floor, so you will have enough for your own space.
I am looking for a person who is reliable and clean and who respects my personal belongings.
I am an open-minded, friendly, international and reliable person. I am working in the field of sustainability.
