Hallo,
mein Mann und ich suchen einen MitbewohnerIn, der eine Ausbildung zum Ergo-/PhysiotherapeutIn gemacht hat und mit meinen Mann 3mal in der Woche üben würde (d.h. ca. einen Aufwand von 1,5 Stunden in der Woche). Mein Mann hat eine neurologische Erkrankung, daher wäre eine Spezialisierung in diese Richtung von Vorteil.
Über uns:
Wir sind beide in den 30ern und berufstätig.
Das Zimmer:
Vermietet wird das möblierte Gästezimmer mit einer Größe von 11qm. Dazu noch die Toilette mit ca. 3qm.
Die Wohnung/Haus:
4-Zimmer-Wohnung mit üblicher Ausstattung. Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon kann mitbenutzt werden.
Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden. Für ein Fahrrad ist auf dem Balkon auch genügend Platz. WLAN vorhanden.
Sonstiges:
Für die Sauberkeit deines Zimmers bist du selbst verantwortlich. Bei den anderen Zimmern wechseln wir uns dann ab. Weitere Details können persönlich besprochen werden.
