Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht von unsere WG aus, so ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung wird ab dem 8. Mai verfügbar sein.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist über 100 Quadratmeter groß. Es gibt einen Aufzug und einen Fahrradabstellraum im Gebäude. Die Wohnung hat einen Essbereich, eine große und offene Küche, einen großen, chilligen und gemütlichen Wohnbereich und einen großen Balkon. Sie hat zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und das andere mit Dusche.
Das Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß und bekommt sehr viel Tageslicht, es gibt aber Jalousinen. Es ist zur Straße hin ausgerichtet, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern bekommt man nichts von draußen.
Das Zimmer bleibt vollmöbiliert. Es ist mit ein Bett (1,40 m), ein Schreibtisch, einen großen Kleiderschrank, ein Buch- und ein Schuhregal ausgestattet.

Our roommate is moving out from our shared apartment, so a room in our apartment will be available from May 8.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is over 100 square meters. There is an elevator and a bike storage room in the building. The apartment has a dining area, a large and open kitchen, a large, chill, and comfortable living area, and a large balcony. It has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and washing machine and the other with a shower.
The room is 15 square meters and gets a lot of natural light, but there are blinds. It faces the street, but with the windows closed you don't get anything from outside.
The room remains fully furnished. It is equipped with a bed (1,4m), a desk, a large closet, a shoe rack and a bookcase.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Messe (20 min zu Fuß) und Skyline Plaza. Es gibt 4 Supermärkte im Umkreis von 100m, sowie Bäckereien, Restaurants und Cafés. Das Gebäude befindet sich in der Nähe vieler Parks. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 30m entfernt. Und zwei Straßenbahnstationen von der S-Bahn-Station Galluswarte entfernt. 10 Minuten Fahrt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze rund um das Gebäude.

The flat is close to the trade fair (20 min walk) and Skyline Plaza. There are 4 supermarkets within 100m, as well as bakeries, restaurants, and cafés. The building is close to many parks. The tram stop is 30m away. And two tram stops from the Galluswarte S-Bahn station. 10 minutes ride by public transport to the main station. The building has a lift. There is free parking around the building.
Mein Name ist Denis bin 24 und bin ursprünglich aus Chile, bin aber halb deutsch. Ich wohne schon seit 2017 in in der Wohnung. Ich arbeite Vollzeit und wohne zusammen mit mein Freund Marlon in ein Zimmer. Er ist 25 und ist aus Kolumbien, lebt schon seit 2016 in Deutschland und studiert Design an der HfG Offenbach.
Hauke ist im zweites Zimmer, ist 29 und arbeitet auch Vollzeit.
In unserer WG kochen wir oft, alleine/mit Besuchern/alle zusammen, das hängt von der jeweiligen Situation ab. Das WG-Leben ist sehr gesellig, wir treffen uns oft einfach in der Küche und essen oder trinken von Zeit zu Zeit zusammen.
Wir haben einen vernünftigen Putzplan, und bisher hat alles ganz gut geklappt, weil alle mithelfen und mitmachen.
Wir würden uns also freuen, wenn du aktiv am WG-Leben teilnimmst - was natürlich nicht heißt, dass du nicht auch mal deine Tür schließen kannst.

My name is Denis I am 24 and I am originally from Chile, but I am half German. I live in the apartment since 2017. I work full time and live together with my boyfriend Marlon in one room. He is 25 and is from Colombia, lives in Germany since 2016 and studies design at the HfG Offenbach.
Hauke is in the second room, is 29 and also works full time.
In our WG we often cook, alone/with visitors/all together, it depends on the situation. WG life is very social, we often just meet in the kitchen and eat or drink together from time to time.
We have a reasonable cleaning schedule, and so far everything has worked out quite well because everyone helps out and participates.
So we would be happy if you actively participate in the WG life - which of course doesn't mean that you can't close your door sometimes.
