Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet, siehe Fotos.
Die Fotos von der Küche sind nicht ganz aktuell. Aktuell ist nämlich ein neuer Ofen und Cerankochfeld verbaut.
Die Lage ist extrem zentral, sehr gut von den Verbindungen her und auch für das Nachtleben oder Einkäufe genial. Das Europaviertel befindet sich nämlich direkt nebenan und somit auch das Skylineplaca nur so 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, je nachdme wie schnell man ist.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind geradezu vor der Haustür. Man hat Bus, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn jeweils zur Verfüngung, siehe Karte.
Das WG-Leben hat sich immer wieder mal verändert. Ich bin nur der Vermieter. Bisher haben sich alle möglichen Kombinationen ergeben. Aktuell bewohnt ein netter junger Mann das andere Zimmer. Ich würde mich wundern wenn man sich nicht verstehen würde.
