Leider muss ich aus unserer wunderbaren WG ausziehen.
Wir sind 3 personen mixed WG.
your room is smallest room in our flat, with one window, bright and quite.
room located next to the kitchen therefore when someone is cooking you can hear a bit but for me it never bother.
our flat is old building however very well built so soundproofing, heizung, hot water etc very well provided.
Furniture can buy from me reasonable price.

we have 3rooms, kitchen, living room, 2bathroom(1with bathtub,1toilet only)
this flat running as WG flatshare very long period therefore so many various sharing stuff we have.
like lot of kitchen tools, dishes, maybe something lot more in our basement lol

I have wonderful memories this flat. during 2.5years of stay this flat one of my best flatshare I've had.
all of us we are working so mostly we are pretty quiet on weekday.
sometimes on weekends we gather together for little chat or grab a drink.
these days we are pretty quite because one of our flat mate who work shift have been change frequently.
one rule for our flat, cleaning every week not all together every week.
one person each, 3week cycle.
other rules are flexible. we respect each other so we often chat with our group chat
sharing and talk. commonsense and communication are very important.
that's why we looking for who have WG experience.

positive point of our WG system : everything running fair and clear
we divided flat rent each per person (divide with size of room)
also all bills are divide by person (depends on your life style some pay bit more some less. I pay minimum)
and everything we pay after rest of money are buy some house stuff like toilet papers, cleaning stuff
