A beautiful room in spacious 4er Wg-Apartment. The room has a Table, a chair, a huge wardrobe, a matress, and plenty of sunlight. Perfectly suitable for one person.

Apartment has total 4 rooms along with fully functional kitchen and bathroom. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, etc. You will have a lot of fun to perfect your cooking art here. Fast-speed internet is available. There is sufficient storage space in the kitchen along with a big fridge. Kitchen also has fully functional dish washer.

There is a washing machine in the basement, You may park your bike inside the building. Also, we have a very big basement that you can use. The bathroom is big enough for 4 people along with good storage space.

Apartment is located on ground floor with super beautiful garden outside, a perfect place for summer. You can seat outside and enjoy the sun.

The flat is located on a quiet street beside the river in Griesheim.
Bakery, REWE is 2 minute's walk away.
A local grocery shop is also 3 minute walk away.
Netto, Penny, and Lidl are also close by.

The Griesheim train station is just 6 minutes by foot. If you want to go to Frankfurt HBF, it takes only 5 minutes from Griesheim by Train and 15 minutes by bike.

The river is just 1 minute walk away. Perfect place to take a walk or chill. Also, we go there to play table tennis sometimes.

Both roommates work on IT. Because of our stress, we need to be by ourselves at the weekend we get along well and value a friendly atmosphere. But if something comes up, we can always knock on the other person's door and exchange ideas.

Keep it Tidy & and CLEAN ;-) - Everyone appreciated the cleanliness in our flat share.
