Hallo,
ich suche ab September einen neuen Mitbewohner für meine 2-er WG. Die WG liegt
im Obergeschoss eines Reihenhauses. Es hat ein Fenster nach Norden
ausgerichtet und ist ziemlich hell. Das Zimmer ist durch die Dachschrägen
ungefähr 14qm groß, wobei die Bodenfläche in etwa 16qm groß sein dürfte.
Zudem ist in dem Zimmer ein schmaler Einbauschrank in der Wand mit viel
Stauraum.
Wohnung
In der Wohnung gibt es ein Badezimmer mit WC und Duschkabine und eine
Küche mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einem Spülbecken. Ofen und Herd
sind momentan leider nicht vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist im Mooswald direkt in der nähe der technischen Fakultät und
liegt sehr nahe an den ÖPNV (Haltestelle Bahn: 4 Technische Fakultät;
Buslinie 10 Bärenweg).
Ich freue mich auf ein ruhiges und gemütliches Zusammenleben.
Die 10 € unter sonstige Kosten sind für die Beteiligung am Internetanschluss
gerechnet, was nicht in Anspruch genommen werden muss.
