Hi there! This apartment is located on Gundhofstraße in Niederrad, with great public transport connections, S-Bahn 8, 9, Straßenbahn 12,15,21. The roommates are nice and quiet. The apartment has the washing machine. As I am going to move out from the apartment at the end of July, I will take with me the router too, so there willl be no wifi. You will have to order a new one or discuss with current roommates. Internet is not paid by the landlord, but us roommates.
This apartment is free from July 29 or August 1, 2024.
