Das Zimmer ist möbliert und kann falls gewünscht auch leer bezogen und gestaltet werden. Der Boden ist laminiert und momentan stehen 3 Kommoden, ein Schrank, eine großes Regal, ein Couchtisch + 2 Sitzgelegenheiten (Sessel & XXL Beanbag) und ein 90cm breites Einzelbett mit Matratze im Zimmer. Es hat einen großen Balkon (2,5-3m^2) und ist das hellste Zimmer. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, mit Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Mini-Ofen und Waschmaschine. Wie in den Bildern zu sehen hat das Badezimmer eine Badewanne. Dazu gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und sonst auch mehr als genug Stauraum im Keller und auf dem Dachboden, falls das Zimmer nicht ausreichen sollte. Um schwerere Sachen in den 3. Stock zu transportieren gibt es einen kleinen Lastenaufzug der bis zu 100kg trägt.

Currently, this room is furnished and can be emptied and redesigned if desired. There is a laminated floor, a cabinet, 3 chest of drawers, a bigger rack/shelves, a coffee table + armchair & bean bag chair and last but not least a 90cm wide single bed with mattress in the room. There is a balcony ( 2,5-3 sqm) and lot of natural light in the room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, microwave, oven, and a washing machine. As you can see in the pictures the bathroom has a bathtub.
There is more than enough space to store your things if the room itself is not enough like the cellar & attic. You can store your bicycle in the bicycle basement, and to get heavy stuff up to the second floor (where the apartment is) there is a small freight elevator (up to 100kg).
Die Wohnung ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg von der Straßenbahn Station Gerauer Straße entfernt, da fährt die Linie 12 und 19 entlang sowie die Busse 78, 84. Mit der Straßenbahn sind es nur 6 Minuten zur Bürostadt Niederrad.
Es sind 8 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn Station Niederrad Bahnhof, von dort aus ist es nur eine Station zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, 2 Stationen zum Frankfurter Flughafen und 3 Stationen zur Innenstadt. Man ist im Nu überall wo man hin muss. Der nächste Penny Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt, dann gibt es noch einen kleinen russischer Supermarkt nur 4 Minuten und 10 Minuten weiter findest du noch mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 2 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker, und 2 Pizzerien.
The Gerauer Straße tram stop is a 3-minute walk, where lines 12 and 19 run as well as buses 78 and 84. The Niederrad office district is only 6 minutes away by tram.
We're located an 8 minutes walk away from Niederrad Bahnhof/station. From there, Frankfurt Central Station is only one stop, Frankfurt Airport 2 stops, and the city center is 3 stops away. You're in no time everywhere you need to go to.
The next Penny supermarket is 3 minutes away there is another small Russian super market 4 minutes away and it takes 10 minutes to find a lot more supermarkets. There is a bakery and 2 pizzerias only 2 minutes away.
Wir sind ein Azubi (19) die Deutsch, Englisch und Griechisch spricht und und eine Studentin (26) die Deutsch/Englisch spricht. Es ist mehr oder weniger eine Zweck-WG aber es läuft eher nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss.
We are a trainee nurse(19) who speaks English, German and Greek and a student (26) who speaks German/English. It can be a flat for the limited purpose of sharing or to socialise as well, however you like it.
Das Haus wurde erst um 2013-2014 zuletzt saniert.
