Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber dem Zoo an der Grenze zwischen Nordend und Ostend. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – die Haltestelle Habsburger Allee ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt es praktische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Penny und Rewe in Gehweite.

The apartment is located directly opposite the zoo on the border between Nordend and Ostend. The transport connections are excellent - the Habsburger Allee stop is only a few minutes away. There are also convenient shopping facilities at Penny and Rewe within walking distance.

Wir, Emilio und Emilia (beide 23), leben seit einem Jahr zusammen in Frankfurt und sind am 28.12 in diese schöne Wohnung gezogen. Emilia macht aktuell ein Praktikum in einer Startup-Beratung und plant einen BWL-Master in Mannheim. Emilio startet im Januar ein Praktikum in einer M&A-Boutique und wird an der Frankfurt School Finance studieren.

Wir sind eher ruhige Menschen, kochen gerne, laden Freunde ein und genießen entspannte Abende zu Hause. Emilio sammelt Wein, spielt im Sommer Golf und Fußball. Emilia kocht gerne vegan, malt, geht zum Yoga und engagiert sich im Leo Club Frankfurt. Neuerdings nehmen wir Tennisstunden und hoffen im Sommer gut genug zu sein, um anständig spielen zu können.

Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns sehr wichtig, daher planen wir direkt einen Putz- und Organisationsplan zu implementieren. Vertrauen, eine gute und nette Kommunikation und das Respektieren von Privatsphäre in der WG sind uns ebenso wichtig. Da wir auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG aufbauen wollen würden wir uns über Aktivitäten mit unserem Mitbewohner/in, wie z.B. ein Drink im Sommer auf dem Balkon oder ein entspannten Kochabend auch mal freuen!

We, Emilio and Emilia (both 23), have been living together in Frankfurt for a year and moved into this beautiful apartment on December 28th. Emilia is currently interning at a startup consultancy and plans to pursue a Master's in Business Administration in Mannheim. Emilio will begin an internship at an M&A boutique in January and is set to study finance at the Frankfurt School.

We are generally quiet individuals who enjoy cooking, hosting friends, and savoring relaxed evenings at home. Emilio collects wine, plays golf and football in the summer. Emilia, on the other hand, enjoys vegan cooking, painting, attending yoga classes, and is involved in the Leo Club Frankfurt. Recently, we've taken up tennis lessons, hoping to be skilled enough by summer to play comfortably.

Maintaining cleanliness and order is important to us. This is why we want to establish a cleaning and organization plan right away. Trust, good and friendly communication, as well as respecting each other's privacy in the shared flat, are equally important to us. As we're not looking to establish a purely functional flat share, we would also be delighted to engage in activities with our flatmate, such as enjoying a drink on the balcony in the summer or having a relaxed cooking night!
