We have a furnished room available in Nordend / Bornheim, near the Friedberger Warte, for which we seek a friendly, tidy, clean and respectful roommate. It is furnished with a bed (140*200), large wardrobe, desk and chair which you can see in the pictures.
We share the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
There is a small garden space with a glass roof which is nice for eating outside when the weather is warm.
It's a modern house, with electric window shutters and we also have a solar water heating system to help stay a bit green. Let me know if you are interested in coming to view it and for how long you would want to rent. You can reply in German if you prefer :).

Short tram ride to the city center, and also Bornheim mitte (although I normally walk to Bornheim mitte through the park).
Also the general area of Bornheim there are many amenities including routes for jogging, a swimming pool, fitness center, climbing hall, ice skating in winter, tennis in summer, cinema, lots of bars and cafes.
We are looking for someone who will also be friendly, open to chatting or sharing a wine in the garden on occasion. Perhaps even occasional bbq cooking in summer. During the week we don't stay up late as we have work / uni in the mornings. Hence it's not a party WG, but we are sociable and friendly :).
Ideally we will find someone who is finishing Uni, an Intern, or working in the area. Rental dates / duration are flexible, preferably someone for 6 months - 1 year.
Public Parking is available in the area, although may be limited at times.
There may be the availability to rent a parking space in front of the house, or across the street.
There is also 3 car sharing cars in front of the house, you can pick DBahn, Stadtmobile or CityCar.
