Da ich Frankfurt verlasse, gene ich mein 18m² großes Zimmer in einer 57m² 2er Wg im Nordend ab März mit der Möglichkeit, früher einzuziehen (Mietbeginn: 01/15.03.2022). Der Vertrag läuft bis zum 03.04.2023, da im gesamten Gebäude eine Kernsanierung durchgeführt wird. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ruhig gelegen. Der Boden in der ganzen Wohnung ist aus Laminat. Die Küche ist neu und voll ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und eine eigene Heizung. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, Stuhl, zwei Kleiderschränke und einem Regal ausgestattet (Ablösesumme kann verhandelt werden).
Since I am leaving Frankfurt I am giving out my 18m² room in my shared apartment of 57m² in Nordend from the beginning of March with the possibility to move in earlier (contract begins on 01/15.03.2022). The contract goes until 03.04.2023 due to a core renovation taking place in the whole building. The room gets a lot of sun light, because it has a big window and it is very cozy. The floor in the entire apartment is laminate. The kitchen is new and is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and its own heater. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, closets and a shelf (transfer fee can be negotiated).
Die WG ist perfekt gelegen, die U-Bahnstation Merianplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür (U4 Richtung Bockenheimer Warte oder Enkheim/Seckbacher Landstrasse). Die Konstabler Wache ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Penny, verschiedene Bäckereien und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße der Berger Strasse.
The apartment is perfectly located. Metro station is very close (1 min walking). You can reach the main train station from our apartment with a 7 min metro ride. You can aslo be in the city center in a walking distance of 10min. A variety of supermarkets are very close to the apartment and also, numerous restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and ice shops are to be found within 5 min of the apartment.
Es handelt sich um eine 2er Wg. Du lebst mit Tim, er ist 27 Jahre alt und arbeite Vollzeit. Er sucht jemanden, der/die auch berufstätig ist. Er liegt großen Wert auf Sauberkeit/Ordentlichkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Küch, Bad, Flur) und auf Beachtung der Ruhezeiten. In seiner Freizeit hört und macht er gerne Musik, trit bei Poetry Slams auf und bildet sich weiter. Er sucht niemanden, der/die Partys in der WG feiern will. Selbstverständlich ist Besuch von Freunden überhaupt kein Problem. Generell ist das WG-Leben sehr entspannt und spontane Gespräche Abends mit einem Feierabendbier gerne erwünscht.
You would be sharing the apartment with Tim. He is 27 years old, work full-time and is looking for someone who is employed, maintains always the common areas (Kitchen, Bathroom and Hallway) clean and in order, and also, that respects the resting periods. In his free time he listens and makes music, performs at poetry slams and continues his education. He is not looking for somebody who is throwing parties here in the apartment, but of course, having friends visit from time to time is not a problem. The shared apartment is very relaxed, but if there is opportunity for some evening drinks or just to chat for a little, then it is also welcome to happen.
