Hallo, ich möchte gerne eine WG neu gründen. Noch habe ich kein Objekt ausgewählt. Was die Stadtteile angeht, bin ich recht flexibel. Die Wohnung sollte mindestens 3 Zimmer haben und gerne einen Balkon. Gesamtkosten der Wohnung, die wir dann teilen würden: ca. 1500- 1800€
Gründung zum 01.05.24 oder auch später möglich.
Zu mir: ich bin 36 Jahre alt, in Frankfurt aufgewachsen und ein recht entspannter, offener Mensch.
Was mir in Bezug auf das WG-Leben wichtig ist:
- Sauberkeit: du soltest bereit sein, alle 2 Wochen eine Putzfrau zu bezahlen (ca. 80€/ Monat) oder selbst putzen.
- Rücksichtnahme: keine Übernachtungsgäste unter der Woche und Partys generell
