Das Zimmer hat circa 15.3 Quadratmeter (Die Fläche unter der Dachschräge ist zur Hälfte eingerechnet) siehe Bilder.
In der Schräge ist ein kippbares Fenster mit eingebauten Mückengitter/Sonnenschutz, was sehr praktisch ist.
Die Wohnung ist im 5. OG ohne Aufzug. Generell ist es zwar ein Altbau, die Wohnung ist aber in einem gepflegten Zustand und wurde vor einer Weile saniert.

There is a tilting window with built-in mosquito screen/sun protection in the sloping roof, which is very practical.
The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator. In general, it is an old building, but the apartment is in a well-kept condition and was renovated a while ago.
Von der Haustür aus braucht man nur 5 Minuten zur Haltestelle Glauburgstraße und Rohrbach/Friedberger Landstraße.
Direkt in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Restaurants /Bars für Takeout etc. Man kommt sehr schnell zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.
Für Lebensmittel gibt es einen Penny/Aldi/Rewe die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

From the front door it only takes 5 minutes to the Glauburgstraße and Rohrbach/Friedberger Landstraße stops.
There are several restaurants/bars for takeout etc. in the immediate vicinity. You can get to the city center very quickly on foot.
For groceries there is a Penny/Aldi/Rewe which are all within walking distance.
Momentan studiere ich soziale Arbeit im zweiten Semester an der FH in Frankfurt.
Ich habe einen aktiven Freundeskreis in Frankfurt, mit denen ich regelmäßig was unternehme, wie Kinobesuche, Spieleabende, Bars, DnD, gemeinsam Switch spielen oder auch einfach nur Zeit verbringen, reden, etc. Seit 8 Jahren spiele ich (Beach)Volleyball und bin sportlich relativ aktiv. Trotzdem würde ich mich eher als introvertiert beschreiben, weswegen ich auch immer wieder Zeit für mich brauche.
Ich suche nach einer aktiven WG, die mehr ist, als nur eine Zweckgemeinschaft. Ich bin offen für Personen in jeglicher Lebensphase (Studium, Arbeit, etc.) - hauptsache man kommt auf einer persönlichen Ebene miteinander klar. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und habe ein Jahr in einer internationalen WG gelebt.

I'm currently studying social work in my second semester at the FH in Frankfurt.
I have an active circle of friends in Frankfurt with whom I regularly hang out, like going to the movies, game nights, bars, DnD, playing Switch together or just spending time, talking, etc. I have been playing (beach) volleyball for 8 years and am relatively active in sports. Nevertheless, I would describe myself as rather introverted, which is why I always need time for myself.
I am looking for an active flat share that is more than just a partnership of convenience. I am open to people at any stage of life (study, work, etc.) - the main thing is to get along on a personal level. I speak fluent English and have lived in an international flat share for a year.
