Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit einem 140cm Bett mit Nachttisch, einem ca. 3mx2,5m Wandschrank (nicht auf den Bildern) und einer Kommode.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume der WG, sprich Küche, Bad, WC und Wohnzimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die WG verfügt außerdem über einen weiteren Balkon, welcher über die Küche erreicht werden kann.

The room is located in a 3-person apartment in residential building in Frankfurt - Nordend-West. The spacious room measures 32sqm. and features a balcony as well as a small separate storage room. The room is fully furnished, including a 140cm bed with a nightstand, a c. 3mx2,5m wardrobe (not in the pictures) and a dresser.
The shared rooms of the flats, i.e. kitchen, bathroom, toilette, and living room are equipped with everything necessary. Also, the flat features an additional balcony which can be accessed via the kitchen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ruhig gelegenen Lersnerstraße im Frankfurter Nordend-West. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt, da Anwohnerparkmöglichkeiten überwiegen. Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn Station, "Grüneburgweg", welche Anschluss an die Linien U1, U2, U3 und U8 bietet, ist innerhalb von ca. 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Darüberhinaus sind mehrere Supermärkte (ca. 5-10 min.), der Westend Campus der Goethe Universität (ca. 10-15 min.), sowie die Innenstadt (ca.15-20 min.) fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the calm Lersnerstraße in Frankfurt - Nordend-West. Parking spots are fairly limited due to residential parking. The most proximity subway station, 'Grüneburgweg', which is serviced by the lines U1, U2, U3 and U8, can be reached by foot in c. 4 minutes. Furthermore, multiple supermarkets (c. 5-10 min.), Westend campus of Goethe University (c.10-15 min.), as well as the inner city (c.15-20 min.) are in walking distance.

Die beiden Mitbewohner sind zwischen 23 und 24 Jahren alt und absolvieren beide im Nachgang ihr Studium Praktika. Trotz ihrer Arbeitstätigkeit sind die beiden aber durchaus gesellig, ob dies eine reine Zweck-WG wird obliegt also ganz dir. Am Wochenende sind die beiden in der Regel in Frankfurt, ab und an aber auch gerne unterwegs.

The two male flat mates are between 23 and 24 years old and are currently doing internships after having completed their undergraduate degrees. Despite their occupation, the guys are sociable, so what you make of the apartment life is basically up to you. The guys are usually in Frankfurt during the weekends, but might be gone from time to time as well.
