- Direct connection to the city, main station and Südbahnhof via U1, U2, U3, U8 as well as bus 32 and 64
or using the Autobahn connection “Miquel-Adickesallee” nearby.
- Large REWE, bakery, dm, pharmacy, Starbucks and dry cleaning place are all within < 5 minutes walking of the apartment. A kiosk and packstation for DHL deliveries is also nearby.
- The bus station opposite the apartment complex directly connects to Bornheim, Bockenheim (M32) and towards Alten Oper (M64).

Gesucht wird: Du bist jemand, der sich ein Leben in einer entspannten 2er Konstellation vorstellen kann. Als Berufstätige(r), Expat oder Praktikant(in) nutzt du gerne die Chancen, die eine Großstadt wie Frankfurt und die Location Nordend bietet. Am Wichtigsten ist mir gegenseitiger Respekt, Rücksicht und Wertschätzung - und zwar auch als gelebte Praxis. Idealerweise verstehen wir uns so gut, dass wir auch ab und zu mal gemeinsam etwas unternehmen (Weinfest, Filmabend, Kochen, Museum usw.). Aber auch eine ehrliche Zweck-WG passt für mich.

Wir: Wochentags bin ich nach der Arbeit oft Freunde treffen, Sprache lernen oder mit Sport beschäftigt. Feiern gehe ich ebenfalls auswärts / draußen. Ich lege großen Wert auf ein entspanntes, ruhiges Miteinander / Zusammenleben. Draußen bin ich extrovertiert, zu Hause ist mir aber (insb. wochentags) ein entspannter Vibe ohne unnötige Hektik sehr wichtig. Spontan geht trotzdem oft einiges. :) Dein Interesse an einer sauberen Wohnung setze ich voraus.

Über mich: Ich bin Vollzeit berufstätig, Nichtraucher und Vegetarier.
Interessen: Bouldering, Wandern, Design, Kaffee, koreanische Sprache, Restaurants besuchen, schwimmen.

About me: I am working full-time in the city center. Non-smoker and vegetarian, no pets.
In the evenings after work, I often go outside for sports, events or studying language. Due to my packed schedule, I keep it rather uneventful during the weekday evenings, but I am always up for interesting events in Frankfurt and beyond. :)
My interests are bouldering, coffee, design, eating out in Frankfurt, Korean language, hiking, swimming.

About you: You are employed full time or an intern / trainee who is looking for a cozy, quiet, modern apartment shared by only two people in a great location. You are actively taking advantage of the benefits a big city like Frankfurt offers, while preferring a chill vibe at home, without any unnecessary hectic.

Us: Mutual respect and consideration is very important to me. Ideally we enjoy each other's company and do stuff together from time to time (visiting bars or restaurants, events, museum exhibitions, main river festival or other events). Partying is something I mostly reserve for outside and the weekends. Your intrinsic interest, in a clean, tidy apartment is a given.
