My room is vacant until April 15th and I'm looking for a subletter to live with my two flatmates, Heidi and Ariadna. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and we usually hang out together, but we also have some time to ourselves :)
The room is pretty large and well lit, with a west-facing balcony attached as well as a north-facing window. The room and the flat are completely furnished (bed + mattress, wardrobe and shelf space, chair + desk, balcony chairs and table) and there's even enough space for your own furniture if you wish to bring it. In addition, we have a washing machine, space in the cellar and room for bikes in the courtyard. Around us are a ton of restaurants, nice cafés and the Holzhausenpark, with supermarkets and the U-Bahn station Glauburgstraße just around the corner.
It's also possible to stay part of the time, and might be possible to stay after in another room in the flat.
