A gigantic 27 square metres with a balcony and shutters await you in your room. The room is partially furnished, but you can fit a lot more in. The picture that includes the big couch also shows all furniture that belongs to the room.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Oberrad, laut ist es aber nicht. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Rewe, Getränkemärkte, Kioske, Imbisse, Frisöre, Ärzte, Apotheken, Postannahmestellen, und für Frankfurt eine Menge Natur.
Mit der 16 ist man in wenigen Minuten am Mühlberg, Lokalbahof, Südbahnhof, Sachsenhausen oder am Mainufer und kommt dann auch überall anders gut hin. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett und man hört von ihnen so gut wie nichts.

The flat is in the centre of Oberrad, but it is not noisy. Within walking distance are tram stops, Rewe, beverage markets, kiosks, snack bars, hairdressers, doctors, pharmacies, post offices, and a lot of nature.
The 16 takes you to Mühlberg, Lokalbahof, Südbahnhof, Sachsenhausen or the banks of the Main in just a few minutes and then you can easily get anywhere else. The neighbours are also very nice and you hardly hear anything from them.
Hi, ich heiße Lucas, bin in Frankfurt aufgewachsen und geblieben, habe langjährige WG-Erfahrung und finde den Lebensstil immernoch ganz nice.
Ich sitze auf meinem Physik Bachelor und schiebe gerade meine Informatik Masterarbeit vor mir her. Entgegen entsprechenden Vorurteilen bin ich eher extrovertiert, offen, emphatisch, hab ne Menge Humor und werde als Gesprächspartner geschätzt. Ich bin sportlich, liebe Konzerte/Festivals, koche ab und zu, zocke hin und wieder, und allgemein kann man mit mir ne Menge Spaß und verrückte Abende erleben. Alles weitere dann beim Casting :)

Zum Zusammenleben:
Ich bin kein Fan von verpflichtenden WG-Abenden oder so. Wenns zeitlich passt, findet man schon zusammen.
Mein Sauberkeits-, Ordnungs- und Ruhebedarf im Alltag liegt wahrscheinlich so im Mittelfeld. Auf jeden Fall sollte die Wohnung in vertretbaren Abständen geputzt werden. Faire Arbeitsteilung usw können wir ja dann besprechen.

About living together:
I'm not a fan of compulsory flat-sharing evenings or anything like that. I like to just let gatherings happen spontaneously.
My need for cleanliness, tidiness and peace and quiet in everyday life is probably in the middle range. In any case, the flat should be cleaned at reasonable intervals. We can then discuss a fair division of labour etc.
