!!! Das Zimmer wird nur befristet vom 29.09 bis 09.11.2023 vermietet !!! Ideal um in Frankfurt ins Semester zu starten und von hier aus eine Bleibe zu finden.
Das Zimmer ist mit 24qm sehr geräumig und liegt abseits der Straße, es ist also sehr ruhig. Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Treppe, die in eine kleine Abstellkammer führt. Weiterhin befindet sich hier der Zugang zur Terrasse unserer Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ostend. Die Innenstadt (Konstablerwache, Hauptwache) ist 1 bzw. 2 SBahn Stationen entfernt. Die Haltestelle Ostendstraße ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Main und EZB-Park sind 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, der Zoo ebenfalls.
Die WG besteht aus Lisa, die studiert und Felix, der berufstätig ist. Die beiden sind sehr unkompliziert und haben Lust auf ein aktives WG-Leben. Mitbewohnersituation ist aufjedenfall supi.
