I am looking for a flat-mate from 1st of June, 2022 for the 17 square meters room in a 57 square meters apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom.
Though, the room is unfurnished but I have some additional furniture which can be used.
You will need to get your own furniture.
The room costs about 470 euros warm including electricity, internet and Radio tax.
The date of moving in can also be discussed.
The apartment is 250 meters away from the Rodelheim station. Every 10 mins there is s-bahn (S3, S4 and S5) to the main station. Buses stops are also close-by.
Most of the supermarkets like Rewe, Lidl and Penny are within 300 meters of vicinity.
I do office in weekdays and each person cleans the apartment every alternative weekend. In general, we keep the house clean. If you would like to sit and chat over a coffee then we can do so during weekends. Prior importance is given to one's owns personal space and time. The kitchen and the washroom is fully furnished and is shared among us.
We have a separate store room for our apartment on the 5th floor. Where you can keep your strollers and other stuffs.
