in einer tollen, sehr großen (140 m²) Neubauwohnung in Sachsenhausen-Nord ist ein Zimmer (14m²) verfügbar.
Der Gebäudekomplex wurde erst vor 3 Jahren fertiggestellt und die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestaltet. Sie ist hell, mit Echtholzparkett, Fußbodenheizung, Super Schall- und Wärmeisolierung, elektrische Rolläden und 2 schönen Bädern. (Dieses Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad!)
Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist über 30qm groß und schick eingerichtet. Daneben haben wir auch ein Arbeitszimmer.
Die sehr hochwertige Küche mit Spülmaschine ist schon voll ausgestattet.
Wir haben auch einen Waschkeller mit eigener Miele Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner.

A room (14m²) is available in a great WG (140m²) in Sachsenhausen.
The residential complex was constructed a few years ago, and the flat is very modern and the communal areas fully furnished. It is very light, with wooden flooring, floor heating, great sound and heat insulation, electric shutters, and two full bathrooms. This room includes its own, private bathroom.
The eating and living space is over 30m², as well as a communal work space.
The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances, including dishwasher, and our own washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur zwei Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Station Stresemannallee entfernt. Dort ist auch eine Bus- und Tramhaltestelle sowie eine Call-a-Bike-Station. Mit S-Bahn oder Tram ist man in 7min am Hauptbahnhof, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man nicht länger. Ebenfalls nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt ist ein Rewe Supermarkt. Der Schweizer Platz, als zentraler Platz im Stadtteil Sachensenhausen, ist auch nur sieben Gehminuten entfernt, hier ist auch die nächste U-Bahn Station. Rund um den Schweizer Platz sind jede Menge Restaurants und Geschäfte. Das nahe Mainufer lädt zum Joggen mit Skylineblick ein.

The flat is centrally located in Sachsenhausen, just a 2 minute walk from the Stresemannalle S-bahn and tram station, as well as a Call-a-bike station and a Rewe supermarket. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, without car traffic. Schweizer Platz is only seven minutes away by foot when you are in need of a bembel, and the Mainufer is very close, too.
There are currently 2 flatmates, both clean, friendly, and interesting. Both are fluent in German and English, with knowledge of French and Chinese as well. Both are also young professionals.
