The room is cosy with high ceiling and unfurnished. However, I am looking for someone who likes to take over my small closet, which is a good fit for the room. By having drawers under the bed, you can store your stuffs and save some space. I will keep the mattress with me, however, if wanted, I can leave the bed and 4 drawers under the bed at low price.
There is another room at the end of the corridor and in-between two rooms, there is a kitchen and toilet. Next to the room, a bathroom is located. In the kitchen, fridge, induction, washing machine and a dish washer can be found.
Very good connection to a public transportation incl. bus, tram, U-bahn and S-bahn within 7 min of walking distance.
Since the flat is located at the end of Schweizer street, it's easy to access all the shops, cafes and restaurants by walk.
DM, Apotheke, Supermarket incl. REWE, LIDL, HIT, bio are all nearby, around 7 min on foot.
The current other flat mate is a medical student and from time to time he's also working. He's open-minded person and speaking English with him is no issue at all.
There are shared things incl. induction, washing machine and dish washer in the kitchen and 400 EUR is required to pay for this.
