Single bedroom in a shared apartment with 2 other bedrooms. The room is not furnished the price for the furniture has to be discussed (bed a desk and also a lot of storage space). The rest of the apartment is fully furnish for the living room and the kitchen.
The cost is 581€ with everything included. The only thing that also need to be paid (are the cleaning costs (housekeeper employed for the flat share)
Super connected location near multiple s-bahn & bus connections. The nearest s-bahn station is Stresemannallee (S3, S4) five minutes walking, there is also tram at 5 minutes walk (17,18,19). Lovely neighborhood and the house is very well insulated, no problems with noise from neighbours. Supermarket (penny) in the same building, and Rewe is across the street.
Live with two roommates. Both working during the weekdays, sometimes home office. Really chill, very nice green atmosphere in the common areas. Looking for easygoing person to keep a relaxed atmosphere and to spend pleasant moments all together in the spaces of common life, cooking, sharing meals and drinks together !
The appartment is chararacterized by the very spacious and open living room. It creates a nice dynamic to live together. In the entire house, there are large windows, which allow for good natural light and a happy atmosphere. The house has a large kitchen, connected to a nice balcony. If you have a car there is almost always place to park downstairs.There is also another bathroom with bathtub in the apartment (not on the picture) where is also located the washing machine and the dryer.
Moving in asap is preferred :-)
