Die Wohnung liegt in Sachsenhausen Nord im 4. OG eines Altbauhauses unweit von Lokalbahnhof/ Textorstraße/ Affentorplatz (1-3 min). Der Main ist in 5 min zu erreichen. Kiosk/Späti, Aldi, Rewe, dm, Buchhandlung, Kino, Ärzt*innenhaus, thrift shop, Kneipen, Restaurants liegen direkt vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat bescheidenen Zugang zum Dach auf dem sich der Sonnenuntergang genießen lässt.

The flat is located in the center of Sachsenhausen north in the 4th floor of an old building, close to the station Lokalbahnhof. You'll need 5 min to the Main river. You can find Kiosk, supermarkets, drugstore, cinema, doctors, bars, restaurants etc. are just downstairs. The flat has roof access where you can enjoy the sunset and the skyline.

Da die jetzigen WG sich auflöst, besteht die Möglichkeit einer WG-Neugründung. Chiara und Federica sind im Juli eingezogen und sind auf der Suche nach zwei weiteren Mitbewohner*Innen, um eine neue WG Familie aufzubauen. Sie würden sich über offene und saubere Mitbewohner*Innen freuen, die zu einer freundlichen Atmosphäre in der Wohnung beitragen. Die beiden legen viel Wert auf ein respektvolles Miteinander und würden sich freuen, wenn man auch in seiner Freizeit gemeinsam Dinge zu unternehmen.
Chiara (27) ist gerade von Italien nach Frankfurt gezogen und arbeitet als Projektmanagerin für eine NGO. In ihrer Freizeit kocht und back sie gerne oder mach Yoga. Mit ihr kannst du jederzeit gerne was trinken gehen und die Bars von Frankfurt erkunden. Federica (23) ist von Mannheim hergezogen und arbeitet als Marketing Managerin. Sie freut sich immer über eine Workout Session...ganz egal ob Yoga, Laufen, Fitnessstudio oder neue Sportarten entdecken. Wenn du Lust auf einen spontanen Weekend-Trip hast, bist du bei ihr genau richtig.

The 4 current members of the shared flat are moving out and Chiara and Federica moved in in July. They are looking for two roomates with whom they can form a new flat family with. They would appreciate open-minded and clean roommates who contribute to a chilled vibe in the flat and would like to do activities together . For them it is important to live in a respectful environment where each one can express him or herself.
Chiara, 27 is Italian and works as project manager for a non-governmental organization. In her spare time she likes to cook, bake and do yoga. She's also always up for a drink with the housemates. Federica, 23 works as a marketing manager and just moved from Mannheim to Frankfurt. In her free time she loves to do sports (yoga, gym, running, boxing) and to cook. Hit her up if you want to take a short weekend trip.
