Hallo, ich vermiete mein sehr helles, ruhiges WG-Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Die Wohnung liegt im Westend, nur eine Geh-Minute von der U-Bahn Station Festhalle/Messe (U4) entfernt. Von dort ist es nur eine Station zum HBF Frankfurt.
Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss (mit Aufzug), ist sehr hell, gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Es gibt einen Balkon, eine voll-ausgestattete Küche, einen Wohn-Essbereich und ein Bad mit Tageslicht.
Du würdest mit Tim zusammenwohnen. Er ist 30 Jahre alt, Ingenieur und Vollzeit berufstätig.
Mein Zimmer wird möbliert untervermietet. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
